Assistant Vice President - Optimization & Strategy Lead Analyst
Due to exciting growth across our Customer Delivery and Virtual Channels teams we’re looking for leaders who understand how to maximize the value and drive the vision for strategy for a highly visible, robust and highly functional operational division at Barclays.
What will you be doing?
Developing and maintaining the Virtual Channels servicing strategy, and continuously improve processes through optimization efforts to reduce customer effort and improve experience and to generate operational and cost efficiencies.
What we’re looking for:
•Bachelor’s Degree (Quantitative field a plus)
•3+ years’ experience in financial services and/or operations, driving improvement initiatives & strategic direction.
Skills that will help you in the role:
•Strong oral and written communication skills. This individual will communicate with various levels of individuals cross-functionally. Confident in senior stakeholder management and influencing; strong presentation skills.
•Strategic thinker: able to make connections between corporate strategy and program priorities; understand linkages between projects and explain strategic context. Able to start from white space and structure, execute and present ideas
•Call Center experience in Management or supporting role. Familiarity with contact center processes, metrics, analysis, etc.
