Fast-growing performance media agency seeks a VP of Business Development with in-depth knowledge of the performance media landscape (DRTV, digital, video, SEO/SEM) to play a key role in prospecting, pitching and closing new business The VP will partner with executive leadership and will be responsible for developing a strategic sales plan based on company goals.
The position is based in the agency's midtown Manhattan office and offers a highly competitive comp with generous commission.


- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience within the advertising industry, ideally within a performance media or related environment.

- Expert knowledge of the advertising industry (both TV and digital) and a strong professional network of media, marketing and brand advertising professionals.

- Thorough understanding of research and data, particularly in the video landscape.

- Track record of proven sales leadership and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be an articulate professional with excellent oral and written communication skills
