Role and Responsibilities: The Deposit Pricing Analyst is an integralpart of the Banking Practice and responsible for executing key deliverables.
General responsibilities include:

- Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize and interpret large amounts ofdata and information to advise WM deposit pricing
- Understand and define business needs in the context of tactical short-term and longer term objectives
- Measure results of practice campaigns, programs & initiatives; Communicate these results inlight of business priorities & processes in a simple and compelling manner
- Be an agent for change - identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the way we dobusiness and recommend solutions
- Develop rapport with members of the teams within and across regions

Specific responsibilities include:

- Help manage and set daily interest rates for Global Wealth Management's deposit product suite
- Recommend and present rate change proposals and analysis at monthly rate committeemeetings
- Build and maintain models and databases in order to evaluate the impact of deposit rate changes onnet interest income
- Be an expert on the current interest rate environment and competitive landscape
- Be an agent for change - identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the way we dobusiness and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with other deposit business lines to understand their deposit pricing strategy
- Complete ad-hoc analysis in support of the overall deposits business' objectives

Qualifications:
We seek candidates with a unique blend of interpersonal and analytical skills. Private Banking Analysts efficiently leverage both qualitative and quantitative resources to understand complex financial situations and present solutions. Specific qualifications include:

- A minimum overall undergraduate GPA of 3.0
- Completed undergraduate degree in 2016, 2017 or 2018
- Up to 2 years of experience in wealth management
- Proficient using Microsoft office programs including Excel, Access & Power Point
- Proven ability to utilize analytical skillset to solve business problems
- Excellent communication & poise while presenting solutions/findings
- Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
- The ability to be a dynamic member of a team
- Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing projects with limited supervision
- Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information
