Global Technology & Operations (GTO) includes over 17,000 associates across 42 countries Service our customers in operations and global customer call centers where we deliver global support services, including global real estate, global corporate security, and global innovation.This role,for aBusiness Procedures Consultant II, will lead the effort to develop and implement new or revised processes, procedures, and initiatives. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation, provide a single point of contact for assigned projects by defining project scope and objectives and developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develops, maintains and supports applications for the enterprise’s internet/intranet sites

- Gathers and analyses requirements

- Programs all or selected components of web applications

- Documents coponents and applications

- Develops automations techniques to enable end-user content publishing

- Programs, tests and implements mapped graphic images, forms and HTML pages

- Handles client browser support inquiries

- Maintains links to external sites and accuracy on internal links while ensuring up-to-date information

- Researches, evaluates and recommends new internet tools and applications for use in assigned responsibilities

- Performs other duties as required

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field (or equivalent work experience)

- 2+ yrs. related experience (software development, installation and modification in an online environment)

- Experience in a variety of more difficult web tools and languages

- MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- MS SharePoint 2010 and o365 – site design and development, library and list creation, workflow creation


- 5+ yrs related experience


- Experience in developing in Microsoft Access 2010

- Report writing experience (Access, Power BI, Excel, orother)

- MS Visio and Project experience

- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast paced dynamic software development/support environment

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Proficient multi-tasking and prioritization
