Description

Our customer designs, develops, builds, and integrates RF systems for many applications including radar, signal assessment, and electronic attack. Much of the associated work for building these systems include a need for specialized high-speed digital design, FPGA programming, and embedded software expertise. The position associated with this requisition will support the development of RF and microwave systems through embedded software design and implementation.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESWork will include, but not be limited to, design and implementation of custom embedded algorithms for the ARM processor used in the Xilinx RFSoC/MPSoC and UltraScale+ FPGA families. The use of Xilinx SDK and Peta Linux tools will be necessary to carry out designs.More specific responsibilities include:• All phases of embedded software development, including requirements gathering, analysis, design and testing• Develop Bare Metal and/or Linux applications• Debug embedded applicationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance• MS plus 3 years minimum experience, or BS plus 5 years minimum experience• Minimum 5 years of Xilinx FPGA/SoC based software development experience• 4 + years of experience with Vivado SDK• 4+ years C / C++ codingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Active Secret Clearance • ZYNQ Ultrascale architecture• Xilinx SDK tool flow• Peta Linux build flow• Application Debugging• Application profiling• Ethernet / PCIe• Matlab / C /C++WORKING LOCATIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO• Location: Lexington, MA• Travel: Non-Anticipated • Employment Status: Full-Time Employee with full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, PTO, Retirement)• Other: All candidates must also successfully pass a Commercial Background Investigation (CBI).This job posting sets forth the authorities and responsibilities of this position, which may be changed from time to time as shall be determined.Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, LTD. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
