Last year in Pfizer I was Consultant for the implementation of the Draw Back/ATPA Project.

User Leader BPCS’s MRPII Project: Inventory, Purchase, MRP, Contributed to the bottom line through inventory management strategies to reduce cost of inventory from 14 to an average of 3,5 month inventory and a record of 98% accuracy. A strategy for this achievement was the approach to suppliers to implement JIT (Just in Time). Designed and implemented on short notice, a supply Chain of 30 shops to support a marketing strategic alliance.
